Refunds and Returns Policy

We are committed to providing the best quality boots to our customers. Please read the following carefully before ordering. If you do not agree with any of the terms please do not order from our site. We are happy to discuss any of our terms and conditions before you purchase. By ordering from our site you are agreeing to the terms and conditions described below. A refund and exchange will only be provided after a return/exchange request form has been completed and accepted by one of our customer service team.

365 Day Returns

We are happy to provide a refund for up to 365 days after your purchase date providing your boots are unworn and in the original Whooga box. We kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs.

3 Month Warranty

Whooga boots are supplied with a 3 month manufacturer's warranty . We do not cover wear and tear or faults derived from the improper use of your ugg boots. For this reason we encourage you to read our ugg boot insights and customer care guide (which we email to all new customers) in order to ensure you prolong the life of your ugg boots.

Exchanges for Sizing

If your ugg boots are not the correct fit, we are happy to exchange for the correct size. Please fill out the below exchange/returns form and request the size and style you believe will fit. Please keep in mind that ugg boots will adjust to meet the unique shape of your feet so if your boots are only snug (and not hurting) they will loosen up with wear.

How much will I be refunded

Providing you have met the terms described above and completed an exchange/return form we will provide a refund. If you have purchased your boots on sale or below our RRP prices we will kindly ask you to cover the cost of returning the boots and will be unable to provide a refund of the shipping component of your original order. Your will be required to send the boots back to our UK warehouse via an insured and trackable service with signed for delivery.
Refunds will be given when our UK warehouse confirms receipt of your boots.

Please be aware that we have to charge customers in Australian Dollars (AUD) as we are an Australian company. In some circumstances the exchange rate will change between when a purchase is made and when a refund is processed. This can sometimes result in the refund being slightly more or slightly less than the purchase price.
