To me these are the best boots on the market.The quality is first class and though superbly soft and comfortable they are extremely durable. I have rheumatoid arthritis and find it really difficult to find shoes/boots to fit my deformed and painful feet so to be able to wear something so comfortable without socks is brilliant.This is now my 4th pair, great to have a colour choice

I love everything about my Whooga boots. The style, the comfort, the thickness of the fleece inside the boot. They are just so comfortable to wear. No other ugg boot compares. This is my second pair and I will definitely be ordering a third pair.

Your service is second to none. As was your communication. Delivery was really quick, I had gotten the wrong size so you exchanged them for me straight away and I received my replacement boots within two days of me asking for an exchange. From me ordering my boots to me receiving my replacement boots it all took place within 5 days. Incredible. Your boots are very high quality -beautiful. The delivery was very quick. The boots are very warm and comfortable. I will probably buy again in the future and have shown them to friends, who are also impressed with the quality. I removed the visible label from the outside, as I do not like wearing items with labels stuck to them. I am not an advertising billboard. The removal has left marks, and I expected that - but it is better than being labelled. The visible labels are my only quibble.

I like a lot the boots I received. They are comfortable and warm. I really liked your servise, I received them very fast in exactly 2 days. I had a problem with one of the boots. It was torn exactly on the seam, in the first 5 days. At that point, I was very disappointed but your company send me a new pair within 3 days. After this, I can trust the whooga brand again. I only hope that my new pair of boots last for a few years.

The boots are so comfortable and they keep my ankles warm which means I don't have to hover in front of the heater. I was worried these boots wouldn't be warm enough but I knew my calves wouldn't fit in the talls. I loved that they were delivered super fast in a beautiful gift wrap type box - nice touch. I’ll be back to buy a darker colour like chestnut or black next winter.

These boots fit so well & snug... love the thick lining. They are not bulky looking like some other ugg boots. Also the boots are pretty light in weight. Love your fast delivery as well. The best ugg style boots so far especially on sale!

The boots are so nice and comfy plus they are very warm. I was so pleased with how quickly they arrived too, I ordered on Wednesday night, got a message to say that they had been shipped on Thursday and they were at my door by Friday!!! I was so pleased that they made it to me for the weekend!

I love the boots, the quality and comfort is fantastic and both my grown daughters are very jealous. I was very surprised by the fantastic service I received and as someone who has audited the customer service capabilities of a number of large companies in Australia I am not easy to please. The online order process was quick and easy and I particularly liked the unexpected emails informing me on the progress of my order, including an email to let me know delivery had been attempted, however, as I was not home had failed, followed by the successful delivery email to ensure all was well - added little steps that make the difference between good service and great. Also I was greatly surprised when my boots arrived in less than a week WOW! I will recommend you to all my friends.

Very fast delivery. These are the first pair of "ugg' boots that I have had. Since they arrived I have only taken them off to go to bed; they are so warm and comfortable.

The boots are so deliciously comfortable and warm and my feet don't sweat unlike with synthetic "ugg" boots. Your foot sizing chart means I got the exact right size and your website was easy to navigate. But most importantly, your service was fantastic because of the great price and the speed of the arrival of the boots even to our regional location.

As suggested on your site, I don't wear sock with my ugg boots. My feet are so toasty I don't want to take them off! The soft wool feels fantastic between my toes. Service was superb. The emails kept me informed of my order progress and I was wearing the boots within 2 days.

I found the sizing chart quite useful - I deliberately went one size larger than recommended as I want my Uggs more for slippers than out and about wear, but after wearing them for a few days think the recommended size would have been fine (though they were a little tight over the toes at first, they are now OK and even a little loose.

Super quick delivery, in time for the cold weather we are having in the UK at the moment. Really soft and comfortable. Nice colour. The boots are about £115 cheaper compared to the brand UGG boots and I just don't want to take the risk of buying fake uggs online that are made of crap. With the Whooga boots I know exactly what I'm getting and saved loads of money. If these are long-lasting, which I'm sure they are, then I will buy another pair without a doubt.

The prompt way that you sent me a bigger size on request, and trusted me to return the smaller size without waiting. Keep my feet super warm, look stylish, love the colour choices. The address was very tiny and lightly printed - post office had trouble with it. I would definitely suggest making it large and bold.
