I have based this survey on my first order with Whooga which was excellent. I love the classic tall chestnut boots. The wool is very thick and extremely warm. My second pair of boots were faulty and the wool did not feel as thick as my previous boots but saying that the customer service I have received is still second to none and they have organised for a replacement pair already.

The colour and fit are good i like that you can roll them down or wear them tall the service was excellent such fast delivery and when i needed to exchange them for a smaller size they replacements were sent out immediatly. i also like the fact you can track them and i didnt get ripped off with customs tax!

The boots are a gift for my grand daughter, so I don't know how comfortable they are to wear, but they do look great. I also liked the price; as I took advantage of an early promotional and received a large discount. What I like the most about your company is the service after the sale. Someone signed for my package that is in the same building. This person oftentimes will sign for our packages if we are out of the office. The next day, he had to leave, and was out for two weeks. I was not aware that he had these boots. I complained about not being able to track my package, as the tracking directions were incomplete. I also complained about not receiving this package in a timely manner. I received an answer from every one of my complaining emails. The person who answered (Martyn, I believe) was genuinely concerned, and offered me help with a lot of grace and kind attitude. I definately will use this company again, just because of the attitude I received when I thought I had a problem. They are very comfortable. However I have larger calves and I feel I should have ordered a size larger to deal with that, but it is not a huge issue because they fit fine, it is just tight when i try to put my jeans into them.

The color (purple) is amazing! I love how warm they are and how tall they are. They are also very light weight. The purple high boots on your site show a lighter sole but mine arrived with a darker almost 'chocolate' brown color, which I much prefer. The service was fast and shipping was super quick. These are simply the best boots I have ever bought. They are so comfortable that I don't really want to take them off. I bought them to wear after foot surgery but think I'm hooked now for general wear. Love the Whoogas (now own 2 pairs) - the second pair were delivered in 2 days as promised and I must say I was impressed. I didn't expect that to happen! The boots themselves look lovely, are warm and much appreciated by my feet. The first pair I ordered last October cost less amd took longer to arrive with a higher shipping cost - the latest order came much quicker due to the free shipping upgrade so the total cost is more or less equal (I think about £2 up). So really this is an observation not a complaint.

My boots arrived in a lovely box, I loved them before I even put them on! then when I put them on - well, I haven't worn any other shoes at home since - I can't take them off!

Quick delivery. Nice packaging. Lovely soft boots. The lining inside the boot fits around my foot well - i.e. there is not a lot of open space inside the boot. There were loose pieces of the lining/fluff in the box and also within the boots which I had to pick out. I would suggest that someone puts their hand into the boots to get rid of any of this loose material prior to sending it.

I had to exchange the first pair for a smaller size and worried about the process. But needn't have, as the service was faultless. New boots arrived within a couple of days. Brilliant !

Thick plush, well made, light sole. I sized down a full size and am glad I did (usually AU/US 8 and went for your 7 i.e. EU 39). This was to maximise slimness of fit while not having any foot overhand on the sole (may not be possible with wider feet). It might be worth you pointing that out to buyers. I detest ugg boots that stretch after a while and have an air gap between foot and lining, so wanted to avoid this as far as possible. Doing it this way, and buying a Whooga, I think I've got the best ugg boot one could hope for! I now regret taking them off, to the extent that I am even considering the unthinkable (for me) - wearing them in public! Thanks for a great product.

They look good quality, the wool looks very good. The service has nothing to fault it- ordering, paying was easy and delivery was extremely prompt (next day). They looked slightly darker than we expected but that is not a big problem and the sizes were a bit bigger than we expected. Overall excellent quality and service however.

My sister bought your these in pink and had them delivered to my home. I was totally impressed and wished we shared boot-size! They are lovely and soft, smell nice, have a tailored look about them and all of the workmanship was impressive.

I ordered my boots on a Friday and they arrived on the following Monday! I could wear my boots immediately, there wasn't a strong smell and within a couple of days the smell has disappeared completely.

Boots are very comfortable and wool has kept its fluffiness and boots have more or less kept their rigidity and shape (although it has only been about 2 weeks). My only tip is that you waterproof them as I stained my first pair in the snow.

They are very comfortable, warm and a perfect fit.I love the fact that you have a meauring guide, you have a no quibble/free returns (not that i'll be needing that). If I had the money i would buy another pair in chocolate and if I had smaller calves i'd buy long ones but even if money was no option i would buy WHOOGA again. Needless to say i love them!!

I tried all the boots, Koolaburra, Ugg Australie, Emu, Bearpaw, Australia luxe and found Whooga when I was hunting for new Uggs. The counterfeit issue is huge, it's confusing and I refuse to entertain buying knockoffs or 2nd rate boots. I USE my Uggs. I spent hours researching Uggs, I read reviews and sent out queries to relatives in Australia, my choices were narrowing down and finally rested on Whooga. It was an outstanding choice! These boots are the nicest I tried, best made, the most comfortable and the lightest, like air! I compared Whooga to Emu side by side, Emu was heavier, bulkier and the texture inside and out rougher. Whooga's look classier and cleaner, sleek overall and they are warm. I put them to work the day I received them: I'm a cold water swimmer, wet feet go right in to my boots and after a few minutes, I waling around in my Speedo and Whooga's. These boots were lost in shipping. Martyn was very helpful and re-ordered a second pair for me after this order did not show up 2wks beyond expected delivery date. They finally came 2 days after the replacement pair arrived.
