These boots are a replacement for a pair that had one boot with faulty stitching causing boot to split. So far the replacement boots are fine. Replacement service was prompt and hassle free.

The boots are lovely very warm. Much lighter than other ugg boots I already have, but very comfortable and soft. The service was excellent. The website was easy to use and the boots arrived on time, after having received an e-mail detailing the tracking. Really impressive.

The boots are incredibly warm and comfy and they really are breathable - no sweaty feet! The fit is excellent. I have large but relatively narrow feet and I always struggle with shoes, but the advice on the website about sizing was spot-on.

Always a perfect fit for my daughter, she had size 8 feet at 12 years old and finding affordable, fashionable and comfortable footwear was a nightmare until we discovered you! The only thing I could say is the sole looks 'cheap' as though it will wear through quickly. It doesnt of course, but that was my impression with the first pair we bought.
