Delivery one day before earliest estimate. Feet now snug as a bug. Light and easy to wear, definitely seven league boots. Chose brown which turned out to be a lovely subtle shade, most acceptable.

I loved the boots, they were gorgeous and extra toasty. Much better than my expectations. I hope I can get another pair next year.

The tracking info was excellent - Although it takes a bit longer than ordering from a local supplier, there is continuous update on the progress of delivery. Delivery cost - include custom and duties, no extra to pay on receipt of the boots. Good price for good quality boots. The label is less important to me. Counterfeit guide and other sections on the website are very informative.

Easy to find what's available and to order. I liked the detail on the website, the quality seems very good, a good as my friends Ugg Australia boots. You really need to get reviews a year after purchase to find how they wear (and remind customers they might want to buy another pair in a different colour!). I mostly work at home so I wear these all the time, they are just fabulously warm and comfortable.

The boots are super comfortable, no exaggeration! But this is still not the point I want to raise the most. I would really like to mention the service of Whooga. I need an exchange on my boots so I filled the exchange form, and Whooga staff answered me the next day in a very good manner, arranging to send me the new pair of boots almost immediately. Now I already got my new boots in good state. I think that Whooga is able to keep their word, and the staff are indeed making efforts to build a very reliable and credible image of Whooga.

These boots are a replacement for a pair that had one boot with faulty stitching causing boot to split. So far the replacement boots are fine. Replacement service was prompt and hassle free.

Bought for my 12 year old daughter as replacement for, now out grown, previous Whooga boots. She just loves everything about them, colour, cosy feel, comfort.

The boots are incredibly warm and comfy and they really are breathable - no sweaty feet! The fit is excellent. I have large but relatively narrow feet and I always struggle with shoes, but the advice on the website about sizing was spot-on.

Always a perfect fit for my daughter, she had size 8 feet at 12 years old and finding affordable, fashionable and comfortable footwear was a nightmare until we discovered you! The only thing I could say is the sole looks 'cheap' as though it will wear through quickly. It doesnt of course, but that was my impression with the first pair we bought.

I liked the fact you can follow the order as when order from such a distance can be worrying. Also that they arrived in a week! Not that i have tried it yet but from looking at the website can see that it is easy to get the soled re heeled as before i have found that no where reheels uggs. The reviews on the page are useful to have too. I spent a long time researching the boots before i brought them and i liked that there are lots of reviews over the internet definetly convinced me. The service seems good, not that I have needed to send them back. The boots as a whole fit very well and go with anything, just like any other ugg but half the price which is always a plus! I have already recommened whooga to many of my friends due to excellent customer service and quality! I'm very happy!

They are brilliant, I'm very happy. My feet are nice and toasty - I never believed my feet could be warm in the winter as they freeze really quickly, but with my Whoogas, I've been going without socks and my feet are still nice and warm! Don't know how I survived winter without these before!!

I really liked the boots: the quality is really good and the color is just amazing. The delivery terms turned longer than I expected, but it was x-mas time, so there's no wonder it took longer.
